Description
During a move, Anna realizes just how much stuff she’s accumulated over the years. She admits it’s hard to part with things while Gao Yue introduces her to “断舍离”/’the art of letting go of unnecessary items.

安娜：哎，我怎么会有这么多东西啊！这次搬家真是让我认识到了。
高月：哈哈，这个抽屉里有什么，我看看。哇，这么多纪念品？
安娜：是啊。都是大学时候的纪念品。虽然毕业都好多年了。但是我到现在去哪儿都还带着。
高月：嗯。我能理解。有纪念意义的东西确实很难“断舍离”。
安娜：“断舍离”？
高月：对啊。就是“戒掉不需要的东西，扔去多余的，离开对物品的执念”。
安娜：啊。原来这就是“断舍离”。那我还不能很好地“断舍离”。我有很多东西都舍不得扔。虽然也不知道自己什么时候能再用到，但是就是每次都觉得“以后可能会用到”。
高月：那就是“断舍离”最大的敌人。不过，像纪念品这种东西，确实是有价值的。但是像那些旧衣服啊，旧鞋子啊，超过两个月我没用过的我就会处理掉了。
安娜：嗯，家里少一点东西确实轻松不少。这次我是体会到了。
